Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service.
- Tracking details are sent when your order is shipped.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes payable by the customer.
2. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@ellaboutique.co.uk and include your order number.
3. Returns
- You may request a return by contacting us within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags/packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, some item categories may be non-returnable where legally permitted.
4. Exclusions
Items marked as final sale, personalised items, or items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless required by law.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of returned goods.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for your payment provider to complete the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Where exchange is not possible, a refund may be offered according to this policy.
